XDR Myths, Misconceptions, and Musings: Insights from the Industry

Lauded as a key security and risk trend, XDR has emerged to improve accuracy and productivity for security practitioners struggling to stay ahead of advanced emerging threats. In this paper we present a “roundtable discussion” featuring guest researchers, Palo Alto Network executives, and customers to discuss some popular XDR myths or misconceptions that represent a cross-section of themes and industry “hype” seen in and around the security community.
